We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any defects will be corrected immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaceIT OÜ and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RaceIT OÜ, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service.
• Your breach of these Terms.
• Any violation of law or third-party rights by you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia or Warsaw, Poland unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The latest version will always be posted on our website with the “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
